Medical Graphics UK Ltd., is using 2022 as its baseline for Scopes 1 & 2. As there has been no previous reporting, Medical Graphics UK feel that 2022 should provide the baseline figure.
Medical Graphics will therefore, monitor emissions through 2024 and update the CRP in January 2025

Emissions Reduction Targets
To continue our progress to achieving Net Zero, we have adopted the following carbon reduction targets:-
- Decrease our emissions to 175.36 by 2030. This is a reduction of 20% compared to the baseline year emissions.
- Carbon Reduction Projects
In order to achieve our target of Net Zero, Medical Graphics UK have adopted the following policies:-
· Using TEAMS meetings wherever possible to reduce cost of travel and the use of motor vehicles to attend face to face meetings.
· Continue to be very active in raising awareness among its employees to reduce the environmental impact of emissions. Many awareness-raising activities are promoted within the company on topics such as energy saving, renewable energy sources, conscious use of natural resources and lifestyle changes, to promote sustainable behavior such as, for example, switching off devices not in use and minimising the use of printed paper by using digital methods
· Introduce weekly planning meetings with all field based staff to encourage transfer of jobs to other members of the team to reduce the amount of travel around the country.
· As and when company vehicles are renewed, they are being replaced with PHEV or completely electric vehicles, where feasible.
· All packing is recycled.
· Implementation of solar panels
· Provision of external bike storage facilities to support staff commuting
· Embedding Net Zero into job descriptions and performance reviews and linking Net Zero targets
DECLARATION AND SIGN OFF
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been completed in accordance with PPN 06/21 and associated guidance and reporting standard of Carbon Reduction Plans.
Emissions have been reported and recorded in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the GHG Reporting Protocol corporate standard4 and uses the appropriate Government emission conversion factors for greenhouse gas company reporting 5
Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been reported in accordance with SECR requirements and the required subset of Scope 32 emissions have been reported in accordance with the published reporting standard for Carbon Reduction Plans and the Corporate Value Chain (Scope 3) Standard.
This Carbon Reduction Plan has been reviewed and signed off by the board of directors (or equivalent Management Body)
