The following release is to share important information about the steps we are taking to meet the challenges of COVID-19. In the current climate, the health and well-being of employees, customers and our communities is at the forefront of our thinking. We have therefore taken the following steps:
EMPLOYEE TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS
- We have instituted a travel restriction for customer-facing employees (Sales, Marketing, Service and Training). If you as our customer, feel that it is essential that a MGUK employee attend a critical breakdown, we respectfully request that only one individual from the company attends. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and advise how long we continue the restriction.
WORK FROM HOME
- All Medical Graphics UK employees are now set up and working from home. Our teams are in constant communication and will be taking advantage of the technologies in place so that you continue to receive the same high-quality service you have come to expect from us.
DELIVERIES OF CONSUMABLES
- With staff currently working from home, we have decided to implement a new delivery routine. We have therefore made the decision to only send orders out on a Tuesday and Friday, relaxing our next day delivery guarantee. With no member of staff currently on site at our office, this decision has been made to restrict the amount of travel and interaction between venues. We want to maintain our high levels of service without disruption, easing the uncertainty at the customers end. If your order is urgent, please notify us of this at time of order and we will do our best to accommodate.
